How to Apply

Electronic

To submit your CEC application electronically, please do the following:

1. Download the PDF.
2. Edit and save the PDF with your responses.
3. Email projectcypress@battelle.org with the subject line “CEC Application” with the PDF attached.

Note: If applying electronically, your typed name in the “Signature” box will be considered your signature.

Via Mail

To submit your CEC application via mail, please do the following:

1. Download the PDF and print.
2. Fill out the application.
3. Place the completed application in an envelope and address it to:
